I really want to come out to my parents but I’m not really sure how… if I could get some tips, that would be great

First and foremost, do you know if your parents have positive or negative opinions towards queer people? If they seem supportive, then it is likely fine. However, if you feel that they may respond negatively, then it would be best not to come out to them until you are no longer dependent on them in any way

You also don’t have to tell them face-to-face. You can write them a letter, send them a text, bake a “coming out cake” (actually not that uncommon), or find some other way to hint at it

I think if you and your parents have a comfort meal just like tell them durig next time you eat the comfort meal

And if you feel like your parents are one of thoes parents who ask alot of questions about everything (like mine) just tell them b4 you go to bed so they cant bug you all night about it
