Hi yall. So Ive realized that im non binary over the past few months, and I dont want my parents to know, so ive been acting very...girly, ig. You see, my religion rejects having anyone even remotely interested in LGBTQ+ cuz we're supposed to keep our bodies holy, and stuff. So, im forced to be straight as a ruler. But, im not. Like i said before, im non binary, and my pronouns are literally she/it/they, and i cant tell anyone in my family...so...how do i come out to them?! Im also omnisexual, and idk how to tell my parents that either so....could i get some help plz?
#I need to tell someone, and get some advice.

I know your religion is very anti-lgbtq, but do you know if your parents are? You could try bringing up like trans news or something and see how they react to it. If they’re cool with it, the you might be able to just come out to them, if not, it might be better to wait until you’re not dependent on them.
Mh, thats a hard situation, if your family looks like they have no way of accepting who you are. Do NOT tell them. Especially if that would endanger your safety.
(Sorry if thats a bit harsh)
I would recommend you NOT tell them until you are completely independent from them (i.e. when you don't live with them or rely on them for money or anything like that)
I know its difficult, but its for your own safety
also, just so you know, religious teachings can be interpreted in many different ways. People may interpret certain teachings in favor of their personal opinion, especially when it is regarding something new to them or very different from what they're used to (such as LGBTQ+ people existing).
