When i was younger i would have the same thoughts, and what helped me it was leave my confort zone and I started running and learning magic cubes, if u really need help go find a professional

I mean it didn’t really help that i just learned i made my partner upset unintentionally, but yeah i’ll probably dm if the thoughts get worse

Run, overwork urself doing homework, get distracted by another way
A thing that helped me stop was freezing water bottles and touching them when I wanted to
It kinda eases the urge
