hey, you're ok! it won't hurt you! I really know & hate that feeling though. I have severe anxiety as well, it sucks ass. but I can tell you some things I've learned to help calm down!
breathing exercises.
breathe in for 4 ... breathe out for 4/5 ... and repeat for a few minutes.
medication.
if you have a psychiatrist talk to them about this. if you don't have a psychiatrist, I would recommend you get one if you are able. they can really help you with getting anxiety medication and other things.
meditation.
I haven't really started meditating yet, but I've heard it helps some people, and my parents have been lightly pestering me to try doing it.
