My experience has been filled with rumors, false identity, and bullying. But i still need help and understanding. If anyone sees this, please give me your knowledge. I am very confused

Unfortunately there's not many options of things to do for rumors. You can either ignore them, which is hard but will let them die eventually, vehemently oppose them, which makes people think they're more true, or absolutely overplay them, which might make them think you're either weird or wrong or horrifying but at least they won't be thinking of the initial rumor.

It also depends on the rumor many times what the best course of action is

For acting or dressing fem maybe you could do it when you're not around them or like with friends or alone out in public. Or change some bits of clothing and accessories and frame it as a fashion choice instead of gender-presenting choice.
