they recited the bible but im tryna be religious so it kinda stung

it was in a vc, they saw the LGBT next to my name and started asking about it and proceeded to start talking about how its bad and then i left cus free will

Okay, imma start by saying it's good that you left.
I see how the religious comments can hurt, but at the end of the day every religion is up to interpretation and teaches people to love and respect one another, so as long as that's what you're doing you're doing just fine.
I know it hurts but by spreading hate they're the one being less biblical, and that doesn't reflect you at all.
You're doing good, keep loving who you love and spreading kindness, don't listen to people who don't respect you for who you are.
