I want a binder but I dont know how to do that without alerting my parents... And I dont have the money for one right now either but I need one

If all else fails, you could try to get some binding tape. Much binding tape is labeled as ftm binding tape, but when I searched it up, kinesiology tape also popped up, so that might also work as binding tape and won't alert your parents to the fact that you're binding. You'll have to find something that will work as nipple covers, though. It could also be slightly cheaper or the same as a binder. That's my suggestion, though. Research is probably best
