It's sooooooo annoying I will genuinely get a paitlr of scissors and cut it tf off I h8 it sooooo much it looks wrong and is wrong and jst everything about it is wrong

yeah... dysphoria is horrible, but it's ultimately not going to go away fully until you transition. but that doesn't mean you can't mitigate or control it until it goes.

if you need ways to manage your dysphoria in the meantime, try doing something you enjoy, something to at least take your mind off of it, or something that will make you feel more euphoric at least for a while. Anything that makes you feel like you're making progress is the best, remember that there is always light at the end of the tunnel.

what I find helps when I am feeling particularly dysphoric is quiet time alone or just something to take my mind off of it, but ultimately you need to find what works for you.

It really helped me to make a big list of all the triggers that make me feel particularly dysphoric, however big or small, and noting how they affect one another. Then, I wrote a big list of all the things that help me feel less dysphoric. Going by that list has really helped me to manage my dysphoria for the most part, I would really recommend it.
