I need advice on how to tell my parents I'm trans

So it's not like my parents are homophobic or anything its just a lot of anxiety and I don't know how to approach it! Also my grandparents are REALLY Christian so... I just need advice to see how your supposed to approach this and other ways of coming out!

Hm, I'm gonna ask a couple questions
Firstly, do you want to be in person with it or over text?
Deciding by narrowing down options for what you want to do makes it a little easier sometimes

A couple options that I've heard of from other people about if you want to do it in person is that you can:

• start up a slightly related conversation and once it gets close enough just mention something like: "on that note, I've been wanting to tell you that I'm trans"
• Or make a joke about u being trans if your parents are the kind of people who are into that
• You can also simply correct the pronouns they use for you if you're around or correct to your preferred name, if you've changed either
