Ive been wating to come out to my parents or even brother but im scared of their reactions , since my dad is really homophobic but my mom’s okay i guess , but im mainly scared if my dad’s reaction like i said hes really homophobic , he allways says that trans people are mentally ill or just faking and that lgbtq+ is like disgusting and shouldn't be normalized and my mom caught up on me since she called me "he" once and when i looked at her she smiled which made me reallly happy until my dad had to open his mouth and say "SHE" and last year i came out to them as bi and non binary , he said "your too young" "you still have time" and never used right pronoms and called me his "daughter" so yeah.. any tips ?

Try sitting down and talking with him. It may not work immediately but eventually he will see the error in his ways. This comes from experience where everyone was homophobic.
