Actually, I kinda understand you. I've had difficulty saying no to that sorta thing with my partner, even though I typically don't truly want it, being ace, but I've talked to them about it and we'll both try to do better. Anyway, while I'm not sure exactly what to say, what I can say is, just know it isn't actually wrong to say no and get away from situations they may put you in, and if it hurts their feelings, then it's something they need to work through, not a problem with you. If they're a true friend, they'll respect your boundaries and at least try to work through their problems. I known it's hard. Believe me, I know, but, in the end, it'll be best to stand your ground. If you need to talk more, I'm open, and if you want to talk in DMs, I'm also open with that
