scientifically, you either arent sleeping enough, eating enough neutrients or is just depressed. I'd say try to get a good night's rest at like 9 pm is the best time for sleep. and eating sum fruits. and if u need anything my dms are open
whats happening to u sucks, people get treated like machines sometimes and ur valid for feeling this way, I can't magically help u feel not empty but activities might help even if u have 0 interest, try drawing, crafts, connecting with nature, etc
IMPORTANT:
ending it doesn't fix anything tbh, it just cuts off the chances of life getting better, it'll get better I promise, I believe in u, u can do it!
