I suppose ur mom doesn't know that her husband is bisexual. If u live at her home u shouldn't say anything until ur leaving. But if u really want to say, u need father support, but if she's against u 2, be brave, there's a possibility that she left. Or u can make her progressive by explaining that homosexuality is natural and homophobia is anti-religious (if she's religious) or anti-natural because animals aren't homophobic. Hope i had help ya

The best occasion can be both with or without dad. It's hard to come out without support to someone homophobic. If i was in ur case I wouldn't say anything. I have no ideas sorry
