i would give them subtle hints, or maybe, if you wear clothing that's not too fragile, wear ally pins or ally accessories if you can, to tell them that you support the lgbtq+ community whether they do or not. if they ask about it, just say you support them, not that you're part of it. let it lay low for a bit, then once they're at a spot where they're starting to accept, then either make it a little more obvious or tell them flat-out.
