So I'm genderqueer/nonbinary, and I feel like there are a lot of norms for what I "need" to be. My sibling is a trans female, and I get a lot of my LGBTQ+ "news" (idk how to explain it other than this) from them. They are on HRT, but I am not. I also feel a lot of pressure to be bi and a transfem (I really hope I'm using the right terms here and not offending anyone). I don't know where that pressure is coming from though. I prefer women and I don't know if I actually do like guys in the first place. Help would be much appreciated

You don't have to do things that you don't want to. There is a lot of pressure in society in general to "be trans enough" (meaning correspond to precise criteria that people think trans is) but in reality there is no right or wrong way to be trans. If you feel genderqueer you are genderqueer. If you don't want to do HRT you don't have to and you're still genderqueer.
Its okay to explore too
