How do I tell my parents that I'm pan/lesbian and that I'm a demigirl-

So, about a year or two ago, I came out to my parents as gay. But back then, I didn't really know what I was at the time. But now I know that I'm pansexual/lesbian and that I have a girlfriend. And to add to that, I'm a demigirl. How do I tell them, and explain what any of this means??
