don’t do it. it’s not worth it, and you’ll regret doing it. you’re worth so much more than you know. you have people that care. please, talk to someone if you need. just don’t do it.

But it really feels like nobody cares atm, I’m too embarrassed to talk to my mother about it, and my online friends (especially ones that I’m particularly close to) dont really message me that much anymore, so yeah. My mum also has her own mental health issues (BPD etc).
have you got any mental health professional you can talk to? like a therapist or something? if not, there are people here that would be willing to talk to you and help you out, as well as other online places and support groups. i know it feels like nobody cares, but trust me i know there are people who care 🫂
Nope, I asked my mother three years ago. That was the first time I ever opened up. She said she’d get me a therapist- still hasn’t, and the first time was to deal with my anger problems.

if you can’t get a therapist, talking to people online (like support groups) is an option you can take (like you’re doing here ^^). remember, there are people that care!
