#When/how should I come out as non binary

if she's not religious, I think if she's very supportive of you being bi, she will also be supportive of your gender identity. they may be different , but you're her child. she should (and I believe will) support you either way. I think you should come out as soon as you're ready & comfortable.
Thanks, I was thinking about coming out soon and I wanted to see if others thought I should
Try first just breaching the subject to see how she reacts. You can tell her that a classmate or friend came out, and ask her opinion, or bring up the topic somehow in a conversation.
(Personally) I think it's safer to come out only once you know they'll be supportive, instead of assuming that it'll be fine and it turning out badly.
If you want to talk about it (or anything else for that matter) I'm always open!
