Yk how much it sucks not being able to tell my councilor how bad it is bc he can tell my mom everything and she can listen to our conversations? I wanna tell him abt the bad thoughts, and how depressed I am, and my relationship with food, and how shitty it all has become. But I can’t. Bc he can tell her anything, and there’s no doctor-patient confidentiality
