The situation got worse as of today

#

I found out this afternoon that the friend in question committed suicide via train tracks and it’s been so rough for me to even process it and I don’t have access to any therapy

Thats hard to deal with and sorry for the late reply but you'll get through it eventually now ive never experienced something as what your going through but I will say that grief doesn't go away and you may never feel the same again but I promise it'll get better and healthier and you got this its a hard journey but stay hopeful even in the drought

🩷 thank you, it’s going to take me a while but I took the time today to ask for support from family too, hopefully with that help I should be able to move forward.
