Well the start of your question depends on how old you are, and which state you are in, because you'll need to be able to consent to it by yourself and the age limit on that varies. If you can't there probably aren't very many options. Also even if you get it, your parents will probably notice the change after a while, so take that under consideration. Hope it goes well. And as tempting as it is, please don't do anything illegal to get it.

If you're 18 you could just go to planned parenthood and get it the usual way
If under you could try DIY but I woulsnt be able to help, there are good subreddirs with resources on it
As for actually hiding and using jt it'll be hard after a while because at some point they'll notice changes, they probably sont know enough about transitioning to make that connection however
