#Need help telling parent

I wanted to come out to my parents as Bi and Trans but idk how to tell them. Im pretty confident that they know im bi already, but def not trans. I i think my mom will still love me either way but its just my step dad. He has like the old view point of men must be manly and strong, im an adult but I rely on him for housing and other stuff. I don't think I can move out anytime soon. I do really wanna transition and start taking HRT but kinda can't hide that from them. Im going to see a therapist tomorrow that works with people questioning gender identity, any help would be more than helpful (im scared lol)

Tell ur mother with "it's been a long time since I wanna tell you, but I'm trans in addition of being bisexual", then ask her help to tell ur stepfather
