I am non binary and pansexual, but I have no idea how to tell my family. My entire family is very religious and, does not approve of LGBTQ+. I really want to tell my parents at least, but i’m really worried that they’ll hate me after! If anyone has advice I need it.

This answer may hurt, but if you know your parents are very religious and against lgbtq then for your safety I wouldn’t tell them.
Only if you know you have somewhere safe to go, would I then start trying to just see what they think about lgbtq people, like for example taking about something concerning someone who is non binary on the news so that you could see their response. If it’s positive, try going further a few days later saying you have a non binary and pansexual friend (this made up friend would be someone you would use as yourself to see what your parents would say) You can also talk to them about how their parents are the same religion (I don’t know much about religion as I personally am atheist, so sorry if I’m like saying something offensive!) and how their parents loves them for who they are, etc.
Just a few ideas that I was told back when I wanted to come out to my parents!
