#Need advice on telling my friend about my sh (tw of course)

I want to tell one of closest friends about my sh but I’m worried it might ruin our friendship or put unnecessary strain on her. I don’t want to put my problems on her, I just want someone I can reach out to about it. I’ve told another one of my friends about it, but she’s never really available plus we don’t talk about it that much.
Will telling her about it ruin our friendship or change things? I don’t want to stress her out or make her feel like she has to be cautious around me and about what she says. I don’t want her to treat me differently, I kinda just want her to know. I might delete this post though, maybe idk.

so as someone whos friend struggles with sh and said friend was very scared to tell me, heres my side. i love my friend, i call her my wife. so when she told me she struggles with sh, i wasnt mad she didnt tell me, it's not too big of a load, i was relieved that she told me. because what it means to me is that she trusted me and loved me enough to share her struggle.
