So, I have an entire family of Christians, and I have no freaking idea how to come out to them.I'm just really scared to even try to talk to them about it.

I would recommend not coming out as genderfluid if they aren't supportive until you can sustain living on your own. This orientation is a bit complicated and it would be harder for them to adapt or they could limit what you can do so you will be more dysphoric.
