the overthinking problem is tricky, i think it depends on what exactly you overthink about, like past events? fear of the future and similar because that would most likely determine how to try and cope with it better
i usually overthink abt the future, my health and friendship issues :/
okay, i mean that is fair, worrying about stuff like that, personaly i do that to, depending on the severity of it you have to start acting on it, do u have coping mechanisms that work for you? otherwise if it doesn't become to obsessive or irrational it might be good to write them out? like a pro and cons list, see the facts clearly instead of just letting them rush by u in your head
i dont really have any things to help i usually have panic attackts at night time

alr what your experiencing can be called stress or tension, sometimes we have little of it and feel slightly uncomfortable in those moments it is good to try and not panic and use coping mechanisms, like figeting, maybe drawing something, eating a nice meal, anything that makes you feel calm and you enjoy
if the stress rises however in situation such as overthinking using more extreme messures to break out of that cycle might help, such as eating something extremely sour, singing loudly, sport actifities that distract your body instead of letting your mind take over

Please see a doctor if you can. Extreme weight loss can also hint to other serious conditions. If it’s not another condition and it’s stress, talking to someone here or to a specialist might help. I can’t help but I hope you get the help you need :))
