So Im lesbian and ive got a gf and we hang out at my house and my mom once walked in when we were cuddling but she thinks were only friends lol. How should I tell her otherwise???

Definitely helps to first determine your mother's opinions on lgbtqia+, perhaps by bringing it up in conversation or saying you have an lgbtqia+ friend
