Hi. I'm a 17-year-old (18 in about a month) trans girl. I'm also pan. I'm diagnosed with social anxiety disorder. I know intellectually that my parents will be accepting of me, but whenever I try to tell them I have a panic attack and back out. Does anyone have advice for me?

"Just do it" isn't helpful advice, by the way. People have been telling me that my whole life and it doesn't work.

Instead of a full coming out event maybe throwing small hints can help you? Tell your parents what you like that is feminine, or when talking about relationships include all genders. They'll eventually figure it out and bring it up themselves so you don't have to. Let them know that they can be open to you about this topic.
