I have manipulated others to gain sympathy and I kind of feel bad about it sometimes. Sometimes I do it unintentionally and unaware of the fact Im lying to others and myself.

Im getting diagnosed for a long list of problems in March but Im starting my prescription medicine tmrw at 8 am EST

when my mom was a bitch to me growing up I would just give her the silent treatment, i would think of ways to lie to her, and i mean like complecated lies bordering on manipulation
