Male friend (like let’s call him JP) JP: Sorry, I have swimming on that day 🙁
Me: oh, well, alright.
JP: Sorry, if I can’t come.

Me: texts my other male friend (Sam) Hey Sam, do you wanna come to my Bday party?
Sam: Sorry, I got theatre that day
I then switched the chat to Mackenzie (another friend but female), and asked her if she want to come, but after school she found me and told me that she couldn’t come, she then gave me a early bday gift which was a Helluva Boss inspired Sinsmas bracelet, JP then said that our bus was at the front of the spectrum’s driveway and I then had to get to my bus, I thanked and hugged Mackenzie for the gift.
(JP’s kind decline was first, then Mackenzie’s and then soon found out that Sam couldn’t, so he was last.)
