I just had a panic attack a bit ago because i was in silence and darkness, a bit behind that is that uh

I have a bit of trauma behind some stuff

I dated this one girl in my school - she had a old boyfriend eho threatened to kill me with a knife, he was searched by the school where they found a pocket knife on him

I couldve died that day and im sad i didnt

A while later she broke up with me, started bullying me, getting others to bully me and stuff

I was invited to a whatsapp group with around 200 members where they threatened to kill me and rpe me

A while after that - the real part where i have trauma from - is that i was shown horrifying gore on a Discord call

I really dont want to go into detail with it at all

Im basically traumatised from that and had a very smol panic attack (15/12/25 , monday december 2025 ~3.20am)

Yeah, (brit here) thats illegal on so many frounts, threats to r*pe, harrasment(times a lot) and idk exactly what charge but the gore stuff is almost certainly illegal
