My friend might've committed. I feel like it's my fault. They're on hrt and the desired effects didn't really happen and they made me say the truth and it went downhill from there. This is all online so I don't know what to make of it. We haven't talked much so we weren't close. But I feel just... Idk.

the thing is when someone commits, you try to blame, mostly you blame yourself, you go down what ifs, down rabbit holes, when the truth is that there wasnt anything you could have done, and that feels awful, it hurts more then anything and you wish that you could change what happened. but sadly you cant,
