i dont smoke weed every day, just occassionally
but vaping is a daily thing, bc if i dont i fall into a depressed spiral
The easiest way to stop is to… well, stop now. I get it, it‘s a HUGE urge, but you‘ll have to resist that urge. The first month will suck, but it‘s better to stop now than to continue
i already tried that tho
nicotine is one of the hardest drugs to quit, heard many people say its as hard or harder than quitting heroin
my advice is that you need to nip it in the bud now, if you absolutely cannot quit by just stopping then you could try weaning off using nicotine gum or just trying to limit yourself to a certain amount everyday, and keep decreasing that amount over time
