Punching things kinda helps me. But nothing that could hurt you. A hard pillow works. You can also try things like meditation if you prefer remaining calm in that situation
I get rlly pissed at a lot of things too but idk your particular situation, hope it could help tho
A tip I have as someone who has a hard time expressing anger until it gets severe, what can help is doing the opposite of what makes you mad
For example, is someone making you angry? Consider why you're angry at them and write it down as a way to journal
Then consider a positive action to counter the negative emotion
