I cut myself and I did it in a visible spot near my upper arm and I don't know how to hide it and I don't know if I should tell my girlfriend or not because I told her I wouldn't cut and she said if I did she would too. But I don't want to lie but I don't want to tell her. What do I do.

i would use a long sleeve tshirt, or hoodie. Since it's getting colder, it wont be weird
