I really have the need to tell my parents I'm trans and gay

I recently found out that I am ftm and that I'm gay, but idk how I'm supposed to tell them. What if they scold me? Would they be willing to still love me? Ive hesitated all throughout thinking, and like my parents are cool. But I just don't know how they'll respond to me saying "Parents, I'm transgender and I'm Gay."

I've heard of a "test" to see if they are trans-/homophobic and it's by mentioning something fruity or trans or whatever u wanna do and see how they react. Maybe mention a show or book cough like heartstopper cough and see what they think
