Lesbian is specifically woman love woman, so if you identify as male or masculine, then no. Now there IS an exception- which is lesboy. This happens sometimes when someone is genderfluid or non binary who partially identifies as masculine - at least that is my understanding! Of course, I do not have much info.

Adding onto Nyx, if you identify as mainly nb or female then (I think) you can still consider yourself lesbian. Examples (some of my own and Nyx's) include demigirl, azurgirl (masculine but identifies as fem), genderfluid, bi/trigender.
