Soo I've already told my mom I'm trans like two times but she's just says she needs time, that it's just a phase or "well when I was your age I also wanted to be a boy" (which I think she has a egg to crack but anyway) and it's just been going on for almost a year and she still hasn't adjusted the prounouns or anything. Is there a way to get her to accept me??

Just enforce on it very much. Say what you would do to be trans, and about dysphoria you have. You can get emotional, she should be able to see what you feel when you hear that.
