I was born as a female, but now I want to change it. I don't know how my mom would react. And,is that possible for being non-binary (I'm one of them) ,and transgender? I'm feeling like I'm going to say it to her, but I'm unsure.

Trans means that your actual gender is different from your assigned gender at birth, so non-binary is part of it. It's up to you to decide if you want to call yourself trans or not, because I know it can be more complicated than that depending on how you feel.
As for coming out, make sure to be safe first (independent from your mom and mentally prepared for any reaction), then go for it! We're all with you 💪
