He just did drugs because of stuff going on in his life, I am so worried he's only 13 and is dealing with SA, and so much more, his mental health is depleting and he is in serious danger of hurting himself and I don't know what to do

He's my best friend, I love him so much

I am scared, he has schizophrenia and was spiraling to the point one of his alters took control (he has did)

And I haven't spoken to him since he got high

#

I think he hurt himself because his gf broke up with him today

This is too much for me to handle, but I need to handle it for his sake
