i'm nonbinary, it doesn't say so on my pfp because i'm too nervous to put it there, i've put little nonbinary flags around my room in little hiding spots and my mother noticed except she said "you've got a lot of life to live, so keep on thinking about it" like i was just saying it on a whim except i was not, and over half of my family lives in brisbane while i live in east ipswich, i'm afraid my father wont understand because he always lives a "prim" and "proper" life i just dont know what to do, i know my mother will understand but i need tips on coming out.

The best tips i can give you is make sure you´re safe comming out, dot put yourself in dandger. For example if you´re a minor and your parrents are homophobic don´t come out tho it should be fine to tell your mother. How i´d go about this is first telling your mother. Then for your dad figure out what he thinks of trans or nb people and if he seems fine with all of it then you can tell him perhaps woth a bit of help of your mother. But also make sure it´s safe to tell your mother.
