How do I come out to my parents who might be homo

I'm bisexual and Gender fluid and I think my parents are homo i have all ready come out to my friends btw but I just don't know how they will feel or react and I don't know what to say

Make sure they arent homophobic, somehow. Maybe say a friend is bi and look at their reaction.
