That is so disgusting, and if you yourself aren't an adult, 100% tell one you trust.
Likely best to keep an eye out for him and if he tries anything like that be extremely loud about it, and make as big of a deal of him touching you as possible. It'll scare him away from continuing to do it to you, and hopefully doing it to anyone else. And tell the police too if it continues, its not okay what he did at all, and there are laws in place to protect you, which most, if not all, countries have them.
