I really fucking hate my parents. They keep denying me my autonomy and say I can't start HRT until I move out. I can't afford to move out and I'm too dumb for college. My parents don't even want me spending my own money on their insurance and said "you live under our house you abide my our rules" if they say that shit to me again I want to knock them so far down in the ground that they end up in a coma. GOD I FUCKING HATE THEM

I don't know how I'm going to do it in life. Without a drivers license and making enough money just to survive. I already am on 4 different medications and rent is too expensive. Wages are too low and I only make $1000 a month net pay at best

#

And that's for one part time job

Yeah I get it. I also want to move somewhere safe so I don't become a victim of a violent crime and all these cheap ass apartments are infested with gangs.

Springfield, IL, US for example is like $900-$1100 USD a month and I look up the area. Infested with crime

Cities ain’t the way to go if you’re worried about violence and affordability, I live in a smaller town myself. If you’re serious about getting out of where you’re at, do research about places that are affordable and reachable. Don’t need a passport to cross state lines, so just dip.

Work on that license. If you’re 18 or over, you can skip the permit in most states and just grab your license after having an intermediate. It’ll take a bit, but it’s far worth it imo. The freedom you gain from parents and shit is way better if you have your own vehicle and can just stay out of the house.

#

I’m not sure if you’re 18 or not so idk if the “just dip” is a great piece of advice, but I mean, if you’re talking about a license at max you’ve got what, 2-3 years before you’re 18? Less probably. It’s much, much better when you’re a legal adult, from what I’ve heard from my buds.

I’m sorry if I’m not much help, I really wish the best for you and I hope you can figure this out.
