I'm a female. That's it. But for some reason, I don't want to be. I want to be identified as they/them or she/they, online and irl. Would that be considered wrong if I did that? (I like being a female btw, but I want to change my identity)

Pronouns don't equal gender, so, you can prefer they/them and she/they and still be a girl :)
And you could also be demigirl, where you feel female, but not entirely
