Ok so.. I'm a trans demiboy, and I'm also pan with a preference of women (idr what the actual name is) and I don't know how to come out, and convince them

Maybe try sitting them down and explaining how you feel and want to present, why it matters to you?

If you're still financially dependent on your parents, don't come out, it's too risky
