so my pansexual girlfriends parents are mad at me for going to a party in a dress, this makes me super confused as i am non-binary and want to wear a dress. my girlfriend is trying to defend me but it is not working from what i can tell. now their parents want me to sell my dress & all the other costumes i have which are even a bit feminine/furry (they said this not me) and now i am confused do i give away my things to make them happy or do i keep them and just let them hate me? please help

im gonna be honest, its always better to be happy instead of just pleasing people as you will never fully please someone but you can always make yourself happy, ity your clothes, your body so YOUR CHOICE! also you dont need to please your girlfriends parents just becauce she is your girlfriend, if she really loves you she will always stay with you even if her parents dont like you<3

They aren't even your parents, why do they care? And like skitt said, it doesn't affect them, and it's your body. There's nothing wrong with wearing a dress or feminine clothes, whatever you feel comfortable wearing you should wear <3
