Can't even convince myself

I have been having issues accepting any praise, My trusted, close friend, Is fed up with the level of down putting misery I have. I want some sort of help to stop being so down putting of my own worth, however little I think said worth is

Well I have trust issues but I kinda understand you. It’s hard to accept praise to stuff you think is trash but people being fed up are blind to the fact that you basically don’t like yourself and any praise from someone isn’t just going to immediately make you love yourself. It takes time. I’m always here if you need to vent ^^ I hope you feel better
