hi gang i want to ask if anyone here has any advice for how to combat compulsive skin picking? (S/H TW IDK IF IT COUNTS???) ||i keep struggling because i feel like i need to dig into my acne to get it out and it keeps leaving me with deep wounds and raised scarring … it’s really really not pleasant for me, and the only thing that stops me from picking is bandaids. but i don’t want to have to buy bandaids all the time when i’m on a tight budget 😭 so um any advice or solutions or other things i can do to prevent picking would be appreciated|| thanks guys heart emoji

i would reccocmend like drawing butterflies and when u pick ur skin u HAVE to rip the butter fly up (put the most important person in ur life in the middle of the butterfly if it helps more)
