It’s less about what you eat and way more about how much you eat. You can eat as much healthy stuff as you want, but if you eat too much of it in a portion, it’s just as bad as eating something unhealthy
Portion size matters just as much as the food itself
I could eat a small amount of McDonald’s and it’s basically equate to eating a medium-high amount of something much healthier
In my experience if you are hungry a lot and you eat a lot it’s because you eat calorie dense foods that don’t actually trigger your body to make you full
My favs to eat are things like broccoli, yes, and bowls of cauliflower or even rice (although you have to watch for carbs in rice)
Just because they fill you up while not being high in calories
